About the job opening: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to help our team create and implement social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate should be creative, knowledgeable in digital marketing, and possess strong data analytics skills. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring client objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement social media strategies for our clients, including content planning, publishing, account management, and ad campaigns.
- Manage clients' social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and make adjustments to campaigns to improve results.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, relevant content for social media campaigns.
- Work with the design team to develop engaging images, graphics, and videos for campaigns.
- Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar field.
- Advanced knowledge in digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to manage time and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns on social media, such as Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas of the company.
