About the job opening: We are seeking a Project Director to lead our project management team and ensure our projects are delivered on time and on budget. The ideal candidate should have experience leading project management teams and working with agile methodologies, as well as possessing exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project management team and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work with the sales team to define project scopes, cost estimates, and delivery deadlines.
• To ensure the implementation of project management methodologies and agile processes to maximize team efficiency.
• Manage project workflow and ensure effective communication between the team, clients, and other departments.
• Identify and resolve potential problems and risks that could affect the quality, schedule, or budget of the project.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and partners.
• Provide regular reports on project status and team performance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience leading project management teams, preferably in a digital agency or technology company.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Skill in managing budgets, deadlines, and scopes of complex projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Skills in conflict management and problem solving.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with different areas of the company.
• Higher education in fields related to technology, administration, or engineering.
