About the vacancy: We're looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to help our team create and implement social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate should be creative, have digital marketing knowledge, and have data analysis skills. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that client objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement social media strategies for our clients, including content planning, publishing, account management, and ad campaigns.
  • Manage clients' social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and make campaign adjustments to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create quality, relevant content for social media campaigns
  • Work with the design team to develop compelling images, graphics, and videos for campaigns
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar field
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and social media
  • Ability to manage time and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar
  • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns, such as Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
  • Ability to work as a team and collaborate with different areas of the company

Differentials:

  • Experience in social media crisis management
  • Certifications in digital marketing or social media
  • Knowledge of SEO and content strategies
  • Skills in reporting and data analysis
